Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TagMySpend ("Service") operated by Nektron, Inc..
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
TagMySpend helps you categorize transactions and maintain an audit-friendly ledger. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Account connections and third-party services
If the Service uses a third-party provider to connect to financial institutions, your use of that provider may be subject to its terms and privacy practices. TagMySpend does not store your bank login credentials.
5. Transactional SMS
If you opt in, TagMySpend may send transactional SMS related to transaction categorization and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Program details are available on our SMS Program Disclosure page.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features may be offered through Google Play or another payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the provider that processed the purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Account deletion does not itself cancel recurring billing.
7. Account deletion
You may request permanent deletion from Profile or through our Account Deletion page. Deletion is irreversible and is separate from subscription cancellation.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access or interfere with systems, data, or other users, or using the Service in violation of applicable laws.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. TagMySpend does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TagMySpend will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
